Rachael Emous-Austin is an award winning Chartered Landscape Architect at Austin Design Works, with her most recent project being the walled garden at The Museum in the Park, Stroud.
With over twenty years’ experience as a garden and landscape designer she has honed her specialist plant knowledge working in the nursery trade and creating garden schemes for private clients.
Rachael will be at Miserden Nursey providing design guidance and planting advice to customers – no booking necessary.
All you need to do is bring along a photo of your garden and an idea of the size of your plot. Rachael will guide you on:
- How to add structure and create space using plants
- How to choose the right plant for the right place
- How to add colour throughout the year
- How to encourage nature in to the garden
- Design tups on providing visual interest in the garden
- How to brief a designer
The free pop-up garden design clinic is being held on the 2nd and 3rd June 10-2pm at the Nursery at Miserden
